Modules
The school day
Bell to bell: timetable, roll-call, duty rota, calendar, study sessions, meals, the canteen and the school bus.
Attendance
Teachers take attendance from their phone at the start of class; parents get a summary at the end of the day, and the office sees missing roll-calls as they happen.
Timetable
The school builds each class’s week; teachers, students and parents see their own timetable on their phone, with cover lessons added automatically.
Duty rota
The school’s duty posts and the weekly teacher duty rota on one screen. Duty hours come from the bell times; teachers see their duty on their phone, are reminded the day before and hear about changes at once. Teachers on duty record incidents in the duty log.
School calendar
Holidays, exams, parent evenings and events; everyone sees only what concerns them and can add it to their phone’s calendar.
Study sessions
Teachers open study sessions and students book a place from their phone; regular groups such as evening study with their roll-calls, and a suggestion list for students who need support.
Dining hall
The weekly menu with allergens and calories; the caterer’s monthly menu can be uploaded. Allergies and diets entered by parents appear on the kitchen’s daily list.
Canteen
A stock-linked canteen till: scan product barcodes and the student card, and take payment from the student’s balance, in cash or by card. The parent’s daily limit, blocked products and allergens are applied at the till; the day’s till summary and reports are ready.
School bus
Bus routes, stops on a map and the students on each. The escort marks boarding and drop-off; parents are notified and can see the bus on the map during the trip.
Learning and assessment
Marks, course materials, assignments, the class register, exam sessions, practice exams and the library.
Marks and assessment
Teachers define exams and coursework, enter and publish marks; term and year scores follow the school’s rules, and parents and students see marks on their phone.
Classroom
Each course’s materials, video lessons, assignments and online quizzes in one place. Students submit, teachers score with feedback, and parents follow submissions.
Class register
Each lesson’s topic, activity and homework; topics come from the course’s yearly plan and plan progress is tracked section by section. The office sees section registers and unwritten lessons, and families follow topics and homework.
Exam sessions
Rooms, invigilators and a mixed seating plan for common exams, ready in minutes. Students and parents see the exam seat on their phone; room lists, the door list and admission slips with photos are printed, and invigilators take attendance in the room.
Practice exams
Practice exam results are uploaded from the optical reader or Excel; net scores by section, rankings, question and learning-outcome analysis are produced automatically, and each student and parent sees their own report.
Library
The school library catalogue, barcode loans and returns, reservations and due-date reminders. Students see their books and due dates on the phone, parents follow their child’s books, and the librarian sees overdue books and the most read titles in the report.
School and family
Announcements, notifications, teacher meetings, surveys and document requests.
Announcements and notifications
Announcements reach exactly the right parents, students and staff; attendance summaries, meeting, club and payment events arrive as notifications.
Appointments
Parent-teacher meetings; free times are visible, nobody can take a booked slot, and a reminder arrives beforehand.
Surveys
Send surveys to parents, students and staff; in anonymous surveys answers can never be linked to a person. Results are shown as charts, by school and year group.
Document requests
Parents and students request documents in the app without visiting the school; the school issues enrolment certificates from records in one tap and uploads or prepares other documents. Families are notified when ready, and certificates are verified by QR code.
Student life
Clubs, boarding, behaviour, health and guidance.
Clubs
Club selection with quotas; preferences, approval and confirmation, a list of students who have not chosen, and past years.
Boarding
Boarding registration and approval, dorm, room and bed placement, the duty rota, study-hall and lights-out roll-calls, parent-approved leave and home weekends.
Behaviour
Positive and negative behaviour records with points; the school’s measures, awards, disciplinary decisions and house points. Parents and students see their own records.
Health and infirmary
Infirmary visits, each student’s health card and parents’ medicine consents. Health data is special-category personal data: only authorised staff see it and every change is logged.
Guidance
The guidance office’s student, parent, teacher and group sessions build up in each student’s file across the school years. Teachers refer what they notice and students ask for meetings; session notes are stored encrypted and only guidance sees them.
Records and finance
From application to enrolment, instalments to accounting and on after graduation, on one record.
Students, parents and staff
Student records and guardians, the staff directory, documents and permissions by position. Lists are imported from the school’s own Excel files.
Admissions, re-enrolment and scholarships
New-student admissions, re-enrolment and scholarship applications run in periods; parents fill in forms from their phone and unfinished forms are saved.
Fees and payments
Fee tables, discounts and scholarships, instalment plans and collections for the school; parents see what is due and what they have paid on their phone.
Alumni
Alumni are listed from the school’s own records; university, programme and work details are entered by the school or by graduates through their own form. Contact details are kept only with consent, and a yearly university and work report is ready.
Running the institution
Purchasing and expenses, stock and assets, staff leave, tasks, birthdays, recruitment, procedures and the visitor log.
Purchasing and expenses
Staff open purchase requests, expense forms and travel advances; after school approval they move to purchasing or accounts. Budget lines show what is spent and committed.
Stock and assets
Consumables received, issued and transferred between stores; assets recorded by number, assigned to staff with confirmation, counted and disposed of. Nothing is deleted and every movement keeps who recorded it.
Staff leave
Staff request leave on the phone and their unit manager approves; annual allowance follows the Labour Law seniority table. Sick leave, official duty, absences, late arrivals, who is away today and reports in one place.
Tasks
Who was given which task, whether it is done and whether it was checked, on one screen. Tasks go to one or more people with each person tracked; a board view, comments, due and overdue notifications.
Birthdays
Staff and student birthdays come from the records; staff greet in one tap or greetings go out automatically each morning. Your own greeting text, student greetings that also reach parents, and a list of missing dates of birth.
Recruitment
Your school’s careers page and vacancies; applications land in the CV pool and shortlisted people in the candidate pool. Interviews are scheduled and decisions recorded.
Procedures
The institution’s current procedures, guidelines and protocols, organised in categories, in Turkish and English. Who sees each category is set by role.
Visitors
Who came to see whom, and when, on one reception screen: sign-in and sign-out, expected visitors and parent meetings, instant host notifications and meeting notes. No ID numbers are collected; personal details are removed after the institution’s retention period.
One student record, one timetable. What happens in one module flows to the related module and the right person’s phone. Pick a module to see its links.
- TimetableAttendanceRoll-call follows the timetable; cover lessons go to the cover teacher
- AttendanceAnnouncements and notificationsThe daily attendance summary goes to parents
Whichever modules you switch on, these work the same in all of them. A new module never means learning a new system.
Read about data securityOn the web and the phone at once
Every module runs in the web panel and the iOS and Android app together; a change in one shows up in the other straight away.
Turkish and English
Every screen is in both languages. Each person picks their own, so one school can have Turkish- and English-speaking parents side by side.
Who sees what, from your tree
Permissions follow role and unit. Teachers see their lessons, parents only their own child, head office every campus.
Every change leaves a trace
Changes to attendance, student and parent details, permissions and announcements are logged with who, when and the old value.
People choose their notifications
Parents and teachers decide which modules notify them; important ones always arrive.
Starts from your own lists
Student and parent lists come from the school’s own Excel file. Columns are recognised automatically and problem rows are shown before import.
Let’s walk through our demo school together and prepare a quote for your size and the modules you choose.
