  • From the school recordNo separate list: school, graduation year, last class and number come from the student record. Classes are graduated together at year end.
  • The graduate’s own formThe school publishes a form and graduates send their details; the school matches and approves them. Details on a rejected form are deleted at once.
  • Contact with consentEmail and phone are kept only for those who consent, with how consent was given; they are deleted when consent is withdrawn.
  • Past graduatesEarlier graduates are imported from a CSV file without duplicates, and the contact list of consenting alumni can be downloaded.
  • University and work reportGraduates, those at university and in work by year; universities, programmes, sectors, cities and those abroad.
  • Mentor volunteersGraduates who want to share their experience with students are marked and stand out in the list.

Staff and teachers use the web panel, parents and students the mobile app. Images are illustrative; we show the module in a demo, set up like your own school.
