  • Annual allowance14, 20 or 26 days from the start date; carried-over leave is entered by hand. Requests over the allowance are refused.

  • Absences and late arrivalsManagers record unauthorised absences and late arrivals for several people at once, and enter notes handed in on paper.
  • Sick leave kept privateNo diagnosis is stored; only the staff member and their leave manager see it. Records are cancelled, never deleted.
  • ReportLeave and absence days by staff member for any dates, annual leave left, and who is away today.
