The office works on the web, teachers and parents on their phones, all looking at the same record. When something changes, the right people are notified and nobody else.
The office publishes to high-school parents and students; it does not reach teachers.
Parents and teachers pick which topics notify them; the choice is stored on the server and survives a new phone. Important ones always arrive.

It opens from the card on the app’s home screen. Ask, or ask for something by typing; the assistant shows the job on a card with names and runs it when you confirm.
