Features

  • Requests in the appEnrolment certificate (Turkish or English), transcript, payment statement or another document; copies, purpose, digital or collection.
  • Certificates filled in from recordsName, number, class and academic year come from the student record; an A4 print-out with signature and stamp space.
  • QR verificationEvery enrolment certificate has a QR verification code; the verification page shows only validity and the name with the surname hidden. A wrong certificate can be revoked.
  • File or collectionDocuments such as transcripts are uploaded as PDF; for collection, the ready and handed-over steps are tracked.
  • Notified when readyThe school is told about new requests; the family gets "your document is ready" or a reasoned decline.
  • Tracking and recordsWaiting, ready and completed requests in separate lists; nothing is deleted.
