  • Consumables and assetsPaper, toner and cleaning supplies are tracked by quantity; laptops, projectors and microscopes each by their own number.
  • Receipts, issues, transfersYou cannot issue more than is in store; movements cannot be changed and mistakes are corrected with a reverse movement.
  • Assignments with confirmationStaff are notified and confirm receipt; the asset receipt prints with both signatures.
  • Counts by barcodeScan asset numbers and enter real quantities; differences are posted to stock and missing assets are reported.
  • Import your listsUpload your existing consumables or asset list as CSV; rows that cannot be added are listed by number.
  • ReportItems below minimum, the most issued consumables, assets by staff member, pending confirmations and assets missing at the last count.
