One product, set up around how your institution works. Pick your type to see how it is set up and what works differently.

  • Each level has its own bell schedule, attendance rules and reports.
  • Parents choose clubs in primary, students choose in high school; rules follow the level.
  • Announcements and events target levels, grades and classes; high-school parents never see primary news.
  • Fee tables are set per grade; sibling and scholarship discounts go onto each student’s account.

Primary, middle and high school start and finish at different times. Each has its own bell schedule; roll-call windows and the “current lesson” on the home page follow it.

    Your institution is set up

    We set up your schools, levels and modules, and hand over the first administrator account.

    Your lists are imported

    Student and parent lists come from your own Excel files; faulty rows are shown first.

  4. Step 4

    Your teams start

    Administrators and teachers are trained; parents download the app and sign in.

We decide together which modules your institution uses. A switched-off module disappears from the web panel and the app, and the server refuses access.
