The guidance office’s student, parent, teacher and group sessions build up in each student’s file across the school years. Teachers refer what they notice and students ask for meetings; session notes are stored encrypted and only guidance sees them.

- ConfidentialityNotes are stored encrypted; a "only me" entry is hidden from other counsellors too. Referrers see status, the office sees figures. Records are cancelled, never deleted.
- Archive and figuresAll of a student’s sessions across the years in one file; figures by type, area and month for reports, without names or content.
