The modules you choose
Only the modules you use are switched on and priced; you can add more later.
Annual contract
The fee is annual; you can pay yearly, per term or monthly.
- How do we bring our data across?
- Student and parent lists are imported from your own Excel files. Headers are recognised and you map the rest; faulty rows are shown before anything is saved.
- Which devices does it run on?
- The office uses the web panel in a browser. Parents, teachers and students get an iOS and Android app. In Turkish and English.
- Do we have to take every module?
- No. We decide together which modules to switch on; switched-off modules do not appear in the menu.
- Will parents be able to pay in the app?
- Today parents see instalments and payments in the app and the school records collections. Online payment through the school’s own merchant account is on the roadmap; money will go straight to the school, never through Aydora.
- Can the Aydora team see our student data?
- No. The panel we use to manage institutions has no access to student, parent, attendance or payment tables; it sees only totals.
- We have several campuses. Is that fine?
- Yes. We set up a tree of head office, campuses and schools; head office sees all, each school sees itself. Parents sign in once even with children on different campuses.
